Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By using the ice fish website or mobile platform, you are automatically considered to have read and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ice fish and the user.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users in Bangladesh who have registered with ice fish or are browsing the platform without an account. They take effect from the moment of registration and remain in force until the account is closed. Our platform is strictly open to individuals aged 18 and above.
Ice fish reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform when changes are made, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration Requirements
Each user may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited and, if discovered, may result in all associated accounts being terminated. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. Providing false information may lead to account suspension or closure, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
Password & Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Sharing your account details with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact the ice fish support team immediately. We strongly recommend changing your password regularly.
Identity Verification
Ice fish may request a national ID or other government-issued document at any time to verify a user's identity. Verification is mandatory especially during withdrawals or large transactions. Failure to complete verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ice fish reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases of Terms & Conditions violations, suspected fraud, operation of multiple accounts, or other misconduct. Any verified balance will be processed for return prior to closure; however, funds may be forfeited if fraud is proven.
Permitted & Prohibited Activities on the Platform
The ice fish platform may only be used for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. Using the platform for any commercial purpose, placing bets or playing games on behalf of third parties, or reselling any part of the platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to platform systems, engage in hacking, or carry out any form of cyberattack is a criminal offense.
Using bots, automated software, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. The platform must not be used for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions, and any such suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. ice fish reserves the right to monitor any unusual transactions.

Payment, Transaction & Financial Policy
All transactions on ice fish are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers. All transactions must be made from a mobile banking account or bank account registered in your own name; third-party accounts are not accepted.
Deposited funds may not be withdrawn without meeting the specified betting or gaming requirements. Separate wagering conditions apply to bonus funds, and these are detailed in the Promotions section. Withdrawal requests typically take 1–3 business days to process, and withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
If an incorrect deposit or withdrawal occurs due to a technical error, ice fish reserves the right to correct that transaction. Any funds credited by mistake may be reclaimed from the user's balance. Any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges are the sole responsibility of the user to settle.

The ice fish platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. ice fish shall not be directly liable for any service interruptions caused by technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or other unavoidable circumstances. ice fish is not obligated to compensate for financial losses incurred through betting or gaming, as these are inherently risk-based activities.
Ice fish is not liable for any loss or damage arising from third-party services or links. Users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions and should enjoy the platform within their personal financial limits.
Intellectual Property
Ice fish's website, logo, brand name, designs, software, content, and all digital assets are the exclusive intellectual property of ice fish. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior authorization is strictly prohibited. Intellectual property rights for any third-party software or game content used on the platform remain with their respective providers.
By uploading or sharing any content on the platform, users are deemed to have granted ice fish a limited license to use that content.
Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact
